- Administration of the Estate of David Quarles decd. is Granted to Judith Quarles Widow of the said Decedant, who Qualified according to law, and together with James and Abraham Quarles her securities entered into bond conditioned as the law directs.
- Wm. Cloud, Abraham Penn, John Christian, John A. Grigg & Travisen Carter or any 3 of them are appointed to appraise the said Estate and make report thereof to the Court.
