  4.   Note: "The Parkhill Family" by Forbes Parkhill, p. 4, says David, s/o Nathan Parkhill and Mary Holden "d. in childhood". No death record is found in the Williamstown records, however. This website speculates he is the same David Parkhill who married Martha Wassham 1799 in Blount Co., Tenn., because a family Bible of their son, Thomas Brandon Parkhill, gives David's birth date as 10 May 1774: the same as Nathaniel and Mary's son. The 1880 census entry for Thomas (household 221), does list his father's birthplace as Massachusetts, making this seem quite likely.
