Vol. 45, p. 166 24 Mar 1761: David Palmer of Upton housewright [with Eunice my wife] for £29 conveys to John Watkin of Tipton Cordwainer 4+ ares in Southeasterly part of Upton with dwelling house and improvements.
Vol. 47, p. 398 23 Jul 1762: David Palmer of Shrewsbury Husbandman [and Eunice his wife] for £150 convey to Ebenezer Wadsworth of Upton yeoman 55 acres in Upton, also all lands or buildings that shall fall to my share in the thirds sett off to my Mother Sarah Ball as her part of the ye Real estate of my Deceased Father Benj'a Palmer, also my right in Pew in Upton meeting house.
Vol. 58, p. 464 27 Feb 1768: David Palmer of Upton Yeoman and Eunice my wife, for £160 convey to Timothy Rockwood of Holliston yeoman two parcels in Upton, one 3 acres with a house on it, the other about 69 acres bounds include Abner Palmer, land set off to the widow of Benjamin Palmer late of Upton.
[Note: the Mary Palmer alias Walker in the following deed appears to be David's grandmother, and Mary's son Thomas would then be his uncle who died 1760, leaving a house and 2 houses to his mother by his will (Worcester Probate 44868).]
Vol. 62, p. 558 13 Apr 1770: David Palmer of Upton Husbandman for £2-13-4 conveys to Samuel Wood Jun'r of Upton 2 acres orchard and plow land in Upton being the land which Thomas Palmer late of Upton dec'd conveyed to his Mother Mary Palmer Al[ia]s Mary Walker late of Upton.
