DEATH: Will of David Murdock, 1795

DEATH: In the name of God amen. I David Murdock doth make & devise thismy last will & testement in ( ) goods following to wit:

DEATH: 1st. All my just debts to be settled with ( ) speed.

DEATH: Secondly my Will and desire is that my beloved wife Mary Murdock,my daughter Nancy Murdock, Hannah Murdock, James Murdock, David Murdock,William Murdock & Elizabeth Murdock receive all and the remaining of myEstate both real and personal after my just debt being paid to be equallydivided between them which I give to these their heirs & assignesforever.

DEATH: Lastly I appoint William Sheppard & Fainifold Gruss Jr., Executorsto this my last will & testiment. In return I David Murdock dothacknowledge this to be my last Will & Testiment revoking all others by meheretofore made & acknowledge this to be my only true lawfull will this4th Nov 1795.
