DAVID FRANK was born near Johnstown, Pennsylvania. It is not known to which LOWER line he is connected. In 1836, along with his parents (whoever they were), he moved to Ohio. In 1871 he moved to Wabash County, Indiana. He likely settled near the Daniel Lower family in Chester Township. A 1875 PLAT MAP shows a "D. Lower" in Section 34, west of Pleasant View. An adjacent farm is that of "J. Hippensteel", who might be a brother-in-law.

    Dorothy had his death as May 4. Says that there are 8 family members buried at Fairview. Dorothy also writes that she has a widowed friend in Wabash, who was married to ROSS LOWER. His father was Edward, who was one of the "Hirstein Lowers", related only by marriage to the Daniel Lower (1792-1876) line, who have pages on WeRelate.org.
