Obituary for David Clay Lovelady

David Clay Lovelady age 53, of Lovelady Lane, Herndon passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at his home of natural causes. Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Green Hill Memorial Gardens with burial will follow. Visitation will be from 5:00PM -8:00PM on Monday, March 24, 2014 at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home. 

Mr. Lovelady was born November 3, 1960 in Christian County, KY the son of the late Ralph Clay and Leveta Doris Bradley Lovelady. David was a farmer and of the Baptist Faith. 
Survivors include his sisters, Diane Slemons and her husband, Randy of Poplar, NC, and Linda Sumner and her husband, Ronnie of Herndon, KY; his nephew, Sam Sumner, his niece, Rachael Sumner, and great nephew, Kyle Mann. 
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Kidney Fund at 6110 Executive Blvd Suite 1010 Rockville, MD 20852-9813.
