    David Ford Crumrine, 87 of Washington died Thursday-January 31, 2019 in Southmont of Presbyterian Senior Care. He was born September 20, 1931 in Washington, PA the son of the late Lucius McKennan and Mary Elizabeth Ford Crumrine. Mr. Crumrine was a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College and was employed by United Airlines. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Washington where he sang in the church choir and was a member of the American Legion Edwin Scott Linton Post # 175. He served in the United States Army from 1951 until 1953 during the Korean War where he received National Defense Service Medal and the Army Occupation Medal. Mr. Crumrine was a member of Washington Lodge No. 164 F. & A.M., the Valley of Pittsburgh where he served as Assistant Secretary, Syria Shrine and various other Masonic bodies.

    Surviving is a step-sister, Mary Timmons of Ohio and a niece, Elizabeth Turley of Idaho. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

    In addition to his parents, Mr. Crumrine was preceded in death by a brother, Lucius Crumrine and a sister, Patricia C. Pitcher.

    Friends will be received on Monday-February 4, 2019 from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. the hour of a funeral service in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at East Katherine Ave., Washington, S. Timothy Warco, Supervisor/Director, Susan Falvo Warco, Director, S. Timothy Warco II, Director. Pastor Kelley Schanely will officiate. Interment will follow in Washington Cemetery. Full military rites will be accorded by the American Legion Edwin Scott Linton Post # 175 and the United States Army. Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 29 N.
