    Personally appeared before me the subscriber a Justice of the peace in and for said County
    Casandra Thompson who being by me duly sworn according to Law saith that she is the daughter and an heir at Law of David Cramer de’d a private in General Armands Legion [Charles Armand’s Legion] and that he the said David Cramer died on or about the 15th June 1833 [This date of death does not make sense, needs to be researched further]
    Sworn and subscribed before me this 28 day of April 1828

    of my knowledge and belief that David Cramer did enlist in the year 1781 for the term of during the war and served in General Armonds Legion and that he continued in the service of the United States untill the Close of the Rev War I Further declare that I have not received a warrant for the bounty Land promised to him the said David Cramer on the Part of the United States nor do I believe that he ever received it, or Transfered his claim to it in any manner Whatsoever, Therefore [power of attorney follows]
