Appraisal of one undivided eighth of land assigned to widow Mary Bliss as her dower of Samuel Bliss late of Western deceased, also one eighth of one piece assigned to Mary Bliss eldedst daughter of Samuel Bliss dec'd valued at no more than $100, the said David Bliss residing without the Commonwealth.
