There is a Daniel Wiggins listed in the 1810 Catahoula Parish, Louisiana Census as head of household. Notes from Barbara Yancey-Dore: Implied death in a Slave Sale dated 2 Dec 1833 - shows that David BROWN bought slave from the Estate of Uriah WIGGINS, Sr. deceased, having formerly belonged to Daniel WIGGINS, as one of the heirs, but now deceased, and then moving to Uriah WIGGINS, Jr. then known as Sr. but now also deceased.
