    "26. Daniel (Thurston)3 (Daniel,2 John1) is mentioned in his grandfather's will, his father having died in early manhood. He probably lived on the place that had been his father's, though no traces of a house there have been known to exist within the recollection of living men. There was evidently no house standing there in 1766. He married in 1699 Experience Warren, who died in 1704; second, in 1705, Martha Allen. In 1727, Daniel Thurston sold half a dwelling-house and barn, with house lot bounded south-east by the highway and north-west by the brook. He is said to have removed to Marlboro."
