- For the Name of God Amen
- The last Will and testament of Daniel Stover Desesd.(?)
- Being in a lo State of helth and Week in bodey But of Sound Mind and judgment And knowing it is appointed for all men once to Dye i thought fit to Make this my last Will and testament:
- first of all y submit my sole to god and my Body to the earth to be buryed in a Desent Cristian like Manner
- And as Consarning My worldly Esstate it hath bin pleased god to Bless me With in Manner following
- First i Will and Bequeth unto My kind and loving Wife Elizabeth -- Stover all My personal property that i am [missing - now?] in posession of
- Secondly if there should Be any obtained of a Sartain Sum of Money Due to me By a Sartain Samuel Bonifieald(?)
- My Will is that one third of Said Money So obtained Shall be to the yuse of My above Named Wife Elizabeth Stover and the other two parts between to be Equally Divided
- My children that is Daniel [missing iel] Stover Junr. Cristoper Stover, Elizabeth [some missing] Leatherman, Nancy [G - half there] ood and Mary Stover
- In Witness here of I have here unto Set My hand and Seal

- In a Court Held for Hampshire County the 10th day of (April crossed out) May/July? 1806 This last will a [nd] Testament of Daniel Stover decd. was proved by the oaths of Okey Johnson and Jacob Vandiver two of the witnesses thereto and is ordered to be recorded Teste AndWoodrow oF? Cur?
