"In the 1850 Campbell Co, TN census Eura is listed in her father, David Jackson's household, She is listed as Eury Hutson and her son Daniel from her first marriage to James Queener is listed as Daniel Hutson. Does this mean that Isaac Hutson adopted Daniel Queener and that is why he is listed as Daniel Hutson in this census? Probably not, just the fact that the census taker assuming that if the mother is a Hutson, then so is the son. The Daniel Hutson of this census lives the rest of his life, correctly, as Daniel Queener."
