First, I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Rebecca Kinerd, as long as she goes by my name; but if she should be married again to another man, all that I give and bequeath unto her, it shall all fall back to my children) I give and bequeath unto my said beloved wife, the one half of all the land I now own, and money enough to build a house on it of logs 20 by 24 feet one and a half story high, and stabling to keep a few cattle and hogs, and a well shall be dug with sufficient water, with a pump in it, also household and kitchen furniture, as much as she needs, two cows and three hogs, and then she must keep and rear the small children till they can provide for themselves and all the pine wood must be cut and sold, and lime must be bought with that money and be put on her land and then my will is, that all the residue of my estate real and personal goods and Chattels, and household furniture, shall be indiferently appraised and sold by public vendor, and after all moneys are collected, and all debts and expenses paid, then there shall be a divident made among all my children, share and share alike, which shall be paid to them at their respective ages of twenty-one years , (Excepting, my Daughter Lina intermarried to Frederick Howard and also my Daughter Cassandra intermarried to Samuel Gohn, they shall not receive their Share, or Shares, but if their husbands die before they die, as any one of the said husbands die, Then the widow shall receive her share, but if my said daughters die before their said husbands, then her or their share or shares shall be received, till the children are of the age of twenty one years, and then the money shall be divided among Henry Kinerd, executor of this my last will and testament, In witness whereof I have hereunto let my hand and seal this ninth day of February in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and sixty:
