I do have proof that William Conley Hindman is the son of Samuel Hindman & Sarah Manning - does anyone have proof that McClure & William were brothers??? I have a wonderful bio on William from "The Centennial History of Oregon" - I will scan it in & send it to anyone interested. It gives the life story of him, has some neat info about his mother Sarah Manning's father, and links David Hindman (1735) as brother to Thomas Hindman from Virginia who was killed by Indians. |
