    Will of "Daniel Herington of Watertowne ... Blacksmith, being Very Sick and weak in body", dated "the Sixteenth day of Aprill in the yeare of our Lord one Thousand Seven Hundred and Twnety nine", proved 9 May 1729, names wife Elizebeth; "foure Children of my Eldest Son Daniel Herington Dec'd"; "Three of my sons Viz't: Robbert Herington, David Herington and Joseph Herington"; son Jonathan Herington; daughter Sarah Cutting and my Grandaughter Sarah Livermore. Sons Robert and Joseph to be executors.
    28 Apr 1729: Heirs cited to proving of will. "The Widdow and all the Heirs at Law were present" at the proving 9 May 1729.
