Wife Mary Fisher and son Jeremiah Fisher to be executors.
    20 Dec 1726:Petition of Nathanael Gay of Dedham and Margaret his wife who was a child and heir of Daniel ffisher late of Dedham yeoman decd that widow Mary Fisher and son John Fisher were constituted executors and said Mary has since deceased and no account has been filed and her estate needs administration.
    2 Sep 1746 [sic]: Cited Jeremiah Fisher of Dedham surviving executor to appear to present inventory of your father.
