Yeoman being Something [sic] Infirme of Body", dated 15 Sep 1713, proved 25 Mar 1714, names wife Mary Fisher; eldest son Jeremiah Fisher; son Daniel Fisher; son Nathanael Fisher; daughter Mary Hunting; daughter Hannah Richards; daughter Margaret Gay; daughter Abigal [unmarried]. Wife Mary Fisher and son Jeremiah Fisher to be executors.
20 Dec 1726:Petition of Nathanael Gay of Dedham and Margaret his wife who was a child and heir of Daniel ffisher late of Dedham yeoman decd that widow Mary Fisher and son John Fisher were constituted executors and said Mary has since deceased and no account has been filed and her estate needs administration.
2 Sep 1746 [sic]: Cited Jeremiah Fisher of Dedham surviving executor to appear to present inventory of your father.

23 Jan 1726/7: John Hunting & Mary his wife, & Abigail Fisher, all of Dedham, and Jeremiah Richards & Hannah his wife of Roxbury, legatees of will of father Cap't Daniel Fisher late of Dedham Deced, for payments & legacies in will received quitclaim to brothers Jeremiah & Daniel Fisher all right in any estate of our Hon'd mother Mary Fisher late deceased or our father Dan'l Fisher aforesaid.
