Dale C Mowery

Dale C Mowery, 87, of Chillicothe OH, formerly of Tiffin, died at 5:30 a. m. Saturday, March 20, 2004. in Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicoth e.

He was born Aug. 26, 1916, in Seneca CO to the late Homer R and Lena Rie hm Mowery. In 1946, he married the former Helen Rose Ehinger, who preced ed him in death in 1998. Surviving are his sons and daughters-in-law, Mike (Patty) Mowery of Waln ut Creek, Calif., Tom (Cindy) Mowery of Marietta, Ga.; daughter and son-in -law, Pat (Mark) Unger of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Sarah Mowery, Mar y, Chris and Tim Unger; step grandchildren, Jeremy and Zach Gross; and a b rother, Raymond Mowery of Tiffin.

He also was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Danielle Mowery.

Mr. Mowery had worked for the Yellow Freight CO in Tiffin, as a truck dri ver. He was a 65 year member of the Wyandot Lodge No. 314 and F & AM and t he Tiffin Elks Lodge 94.

A celebration of life service will be 7 p.m. Monday, March 22, 2004, at t he Haller Funeral Home, 1661 Western Ave., Chillicothe OH 45601. Burial w ill follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Tiffin, at the convenience of the famil y.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Haller Fu neral Home Monday evening where a Masonic Service will be at 7 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bishop Flag et School, 570 Parsons Ave., Chillicothe OH 45601.
