In the will of Cornelius Rapelyea, dated March 18, 1777 and proved Oct. 5, 1777, he mentioned among others "heirs of my daughter Jacomyntjes, who was the wife of William Barcalow". William was named an executor of Cornelius' will but died shortly after it was drawn, for on April 28, 1777, John Bergen, farmer of Hunterdon County, was appointed administrator of the estate of Willaim Barcalow who died intestate. |
