6 Dec 1714: Bond of Abigail Baker Widow of Cornelius Baker Late of Beverly Dec'd Intestate as adm'rx. 10 Feb 1714-15: Inventory of the Estat of Cornelus Bacor late of bayirly desed: £324-11-6, by John Corning, John Thorndike. 24 May 1733: Agreement between Sarah Baker Relict widow of Nathaniel Baker of s'd Beverly deceased (Elder Son of S'd Cornelius Baker) & Guardian to s'd Nathaniel's Children & Gideon Baker the Surviving Son of S'd Cornelius Baker acquiting Gideon from any demands payable by the estate, including those in support of Mrs Anna Hill in her Life Time & for her Furneral, he quitclaiming the personal estate and buildings of Cornelius Baker to the heirs of Nathaniel Baker. Acknowledged by both 6 Jul 1736. 16 Jun 1736: Real estate of Cornelius Baker late of Beverly dec'd divided per commission dated 18 May 1733, double share to Heirs of Nath'l Baker, single share to Gidion Baker.
