Fayette Co. PA Quarter Session minutes show an entry in Dec 1783 as follows: Upon motion of Conrad Walter, grandfather of Alexander Morrison (minor child of William Morrison, absconded) suggesting to the court that John Stitt, to whom Alexander was bound as apprentice, did ill use the boy. The court set Alexander "at liberty" and freed him from his indenture.

during the same court session Charles Brownfield and John Hardin (who will be on or have ties to Nolin Creek in Hardin Co. are mentioned in court as residents of the newly formed Georges Twp. Is this Conrad Walters of Hardin Co. or a Conrad in his family and are the Morrisons with kinship ties any connection to the Morrisons of Nolin Creek?
