E. J. Forsythe has purchased the store at Orondo of Mrs. Clyde Trapp. He has also purchased of L. A. Haskins, a ten acre orchard at Orondo located just south of the Community Packing Shed. The store will be in charge of his nephew, Clyde Power. Capt. Forsythe expects to give a get acquainted dance in the hall soon [this first reported in the Wenatchee World]
Big Bend Empire 28 Apr 1921 Church services were held at Trapp's hall Sunday evening. A large congregation was assembled to hear Rev. Ferguson, and the outlook is promising for the establishment of a community church in Orondo. Image Gallery
