Could not find a record of Clifford Bitner Greeley/Greely in the California Death Index 1905 to 1929.

There is a Sidney B. Greeley in the California Death Index who died on 10 October 1916 in Tulare County. The obituary for this person says they died in Three Rivers which is where Sidney and Clifford Greeley were living in 1916. The death certificate for Sidney Benton Greeley gives his date of birth as 5 May 1875 in Michigan and his wife's name as Sidney Hunt Greeley. Apparently Sidney must have been so distraught at her husbands death that she gave her own name for the death certificate.
