INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. Clifford W. Atwood, 69, a former resident of Woodstock, Vt., died March 23, 2003, at Community South Medical Center in Indianapolis. He was born Dec. 9, 1933, in Woodstock, Vt., the son of Leon and Mabel (Johnson) Atwood. Survivors include a daughter, April Atwood of Indianapolis; and two grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Muriel (Wardwell) Atwood. Services will take place at a later date in Woodstock, Vt. Memorial contributions may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Vermont, 100 Dorset St., Suite 14, South Burlington, Vt., 05403, or the American Diabetes Association, Vermont Affiliate, 431 Pine St., Maltex Building, Burlington, Vt., 05401.
