    Cleo V. Quinn - FROSTBURG - Cleo V. Quinn, 88, of Frostburg, died Thursday, March 10, 2005, at Sacred Heart Hospital. Born Aug. 3, 1916, in Eckhart, she was the daughter of the late Henry W. and Anna (Coleman) Rizer. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Quinn; and several brothers and sisters. Mrs. Quinn had been employed at Berkowitz Pajama Factory. She was a member of Zihlman United Methodist Church. Surviving are her son, James H. Quinn of Decatur, Ill.; grandson, Andrew James Quinn; three brothers, John Rizer of Eckhart, Warren Rizer of Zihlman, and Jackson Rizer of Meyersdale, Pa.; and one sister, Anna Mae Machin, Frostburg. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. George M. Harpold officiating. Interment will be in the Sunset Memorial Park, Cumberland.
