This is gonna be alot of infomation on Clayton. He was one of my favorite uncles. I enjoyed going to his house alot and visiting with him and Aunt Emma. He loved to fish more than anything. He was the first son born to Jacob and Verma Adams. She and Jacob was married on April 26, 1900. Clayton had no middle name. He went by CF. He took the name of Foskey as a middle name. He called himself Clayton Foskey Foskey. Thus CF Foskey.

In 1920 Census Clayton Foskey is enumerated in his father Jacob R. Foskey’s household in Militia District 1503, Bleckley County, Georgia with his step-mother Sannie, sisters Mary Lou and Rosa Lee and brothers Heywood, Alex, and Jerry. He is 18 years old and a farm laborer. He and both parents were born in Georgia.
