Clare entered into eternal rest on August 15, 2013 at the Juravinski Hospital. He is now free from pain. Survived by his wife Margaret (Shepherd) and family Nancy (Doug Rice), Sharon (Les Csikos) and Peter (Roberta) and 8 grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Henry and Catharine, and brothers Chris, Ralph, Gary, John, Jim and sisters Effie and Ada. Survived by sister Eva Campbell. Clarence was a retired employee of C.I.B.C with 40 years service. He was an avid fisherman and woodcarver. Clare’s family wishes to thank the doctors and nurses for their excellent and compassionate care. A special thank you to Peter, who stayed with his dad to the end. Burial will take place. A memorial service will be held at Mountain Citadel Salvation Army, 835 Stonechurch Rd. E., on Monday, August 19th at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
