Clarence Lee Robinson, 95, of Albany died Monday at Albany Care Center.

He was born in Hillsboro, the son of Robert and Mary Jane (Patterson) Robinson. He grew up in the Farmington area.

He married Agnes Syverson on July 21, 1929 in Hillsboro.

Mr. Robinson bought a farm near Tillamook in 1941. He moved to Albany in 1959 and bought the Golf Club of Oregon. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Sruvivors are his wife Agnes; son Clarence Jr. of Stayton; daughters Karol Peterson of Mandan, N.D. and June Bolli of Roswell, Ga.; siters Clara Erickson and Rachel Hoffman, both of Aloha, and Anna Belle Rowe of Salem; and seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and a great great grandchild.

Daughter Irene Faye Robinson died in infancy. Brothers George, Joe and Robert and sisters Ruth Hoeper, Ida Kleier and Fanny Rowe died before him.

At the family's request, there will be no services. Fisher Funeral Home is handling arrangments.
