'Tippie' LaCotts, 86, of De Witt, Ark., retired postal worker, died of heart failure Tuesday at his home. Graveside services were Wednesday at De Witt Cemetery. Essex Funeral home in De Witt had charge. He was a World War II Army veteran. Mr. LaCotts, the widower of Leona LaCotts, leaves a daughter, Kay L. Whitcomb; a sister, Joan L. Pollard, eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
