   Clarence W. (Bill) Kifer, 83, of Jeanette RD 2, died Tuesday (April 14, 1970) at Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. He was born March 7, 1887, in Penn., son of the late William A. and Emma Laughner Kifer.
   He is survivied by his widow, Josephine T. Kifer, a son, George Elmer Kifer of Jeannette RD2, four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a sister, Mrs. Emma Dibler of California.
   Friends are being received at the Robert J. Kepple Funeral Home, 524 North Main St., Greensburg, from 3 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. daily. Services will be held at the funeral home at 2 p.m. Friday with the Rev. Charles Hartman officiating. Interment will be in Westmoreland County Memorial Park. Kepple Funeral Home, Greensburg, in charge.
