Mrs. Leslie Thomas, the former Clara Lucinda Yourth, a well-known and respected resident of Golden Lake, was called to her eternal rest on October 15th, at the Victoria Hospital, Renfrew, in her 75th year.

Mrs. Thomas was quite active in the community, being a member of the Church Ladies' Aid and the Women's Institute. She was missed greatly after suffering the stroke and having to leave her neighbours and friends.
