(Beal) Koontz Sr. Preceded in death by father, who died July 28, 1967; four brothers, James, Leroy, Charles Jr. and Walter. Survived by mother, Jerome; husband, William J. Sr.; sons Ronald J., married to the former Loretta Price, Coraopolis; Robert T., married to the former Karen Cady, Rockford, Ill.; William J. Jr., Harrisburg; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren. Sister of Robert, Great Capen, W.Va.; Ralph, Jerome; Martha, wife of Ernest Hemminger, Friedens; Leonard, Somerset; Kathleen, wife of Lloyd Shawley, Hollsopple RD 2; Betty, wife of Harry Cook, Salisbury; Jean, widow of Woodrow Cristoff, Jerome; Jack, Colombus, Ind.; Dorothy, wife of Thomas Jones, Jerome; Carolyn, wife of Merle Roadman, New Bern, N.C.
