    Will of "Christopher Wheaton of Leicester ... yeoman being somewhat indisposed as to Bodily Health", dated 12 May 1798, filed 5 Jun 1798, proved 3 Jul 1798, names wife Abigail; four sons namely Reuben, Daniel, Gaius and Erastus Wheaten; three youngest Daughters namely Betsey, Tammison and Ruth Wheaten [all under 21]; three Eldest Daughters namely Abigail Livingston, Patty Livingston and Katy Kent. Wife and George Comstock of Leicester to be executors.
    20 Aug 1798: Inventory of Christopher Wheten Late of Leicester: $2579.39, by Edward Thomason, Jonathan Hubbard, Amos Clark.
    19 Apr 1800: Division of real estate of Christopher Wheton late of Leicester Desecased [sic?], set off to Abigail Wheton Widow; to Reuben Wheton the eldest son; to Daniel Wheton second son; to Gayus Wheton the third son; to Erastus Wheton the fourth and youngest son.
