    Mitchell, Christopher, is mentioned in York County records as early as 1660. His house at
    the head of Brave Boat Harbor, is mentioned in a deed of 22 April, 1665. He married Sarah Andrews, daughter of John and Joanna Andrews. Sarah was born about 1641, and was his widow before 1686, as on 13th of March that year she was appointed administratrix of his estate. Incidental statements in deeds and town records assign to him the following family. See Town
