In the name of [...] Amen the nineteenth day of November in the year of our Lord God 1716 I Christopher [...] the Ealder of the parish of Trewegloes and diocese of Bangor being sick in body but of good and pe[rfect mem]ory praysed be to god doe make this my last will and Testament in maner and forme [following] first I doe give and bequeath my Soul to allmighty God my maker and Christ Jesus my [...] and my body to be bured in the parish Church of Treveloes att the sight of my Executor and friends(?)
