OLSON, Christian Olaf, age 85 years, 1470 Lincoln Street, passed away at a local hospital, Friday, November 26, (1948) following a lingering illness. Mr. Olson had been a resident of Bellingham for the past forty-eight years and previous to retirement had worked with Laube and Son in sheet metal. Surviving relatives include, his daughter, Miss Verna Olson, Bellingham; one brother, George T. Olson, Bellingham; four nieces, Mrs. Adella Kastner, Mrs. Lois Banks and Mrs. Joyce Johnson, all of Bellingham; also Mrs. Leona Finney, of Seattle, and a nephew, Elmer Brown Jr., of Seattle. Funeral service will be held at the Bingham-Dahlquist Funeral Home, Monday, November 29, at 2:00 p. m.with Rev. O. A. Jacobson, officiating. Interment in Bay View cemetery. Casketbearers will be Messrs. Leroy Kastner, Lloyd Johnson, William Hartman, Thomas Bulmer, Alvin Hanson and Lloyd Hoffman.
