July 14, 1799. August 5, 1799.
To wife Ann 1/3 of estate during life. To son George £100. All remainder of estate, real and personal, to my 4 children, Thomas, Richard, Eliza and George, in equal shares. Wife Ann and brother Thomas Wayne Willing of Philadelphia, Guardians of my children. To friend Benjamin Yarnall £50, and to my sister-in- law Catherine Hemphill £50. Executors: Brother Thomas W. Willing, brother-in-law Joseph Hemphill.
