Charles L. Wackes IV p>Charles L. Wackes IV, age 65 of Deptford on Sunday March 11, 2007. Born in Philadelphia, he was a longtime resident of Deptford. He served in the Navy during the Vietnam War and had been a driver for Delaware Valley Wholesale Florist for 18 years. He enjoyed traveling to Lancaster, walking the beaches of Cape May, and especially spending time with his family and grandchildren. Husband of Barbara J. (nee Myers), he is also survived by two daughters Brenda L. Wackes, Charlotte Hollywood and her husband Harry, one son: Charles L. Wackes 5th all of Deptford, six grandchildren Michael, Nicholas, Cody, Harry, Jayson, and Lillian.

Relatives and friends may visit with the family 6:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday at SMITH FUNERAL HOME 47 Main St. Mantua, where a funeral service will be held at 8:30 PM. Cremation will be private. Memories and condolences may be shared at www.smithfhmantua.com.
