Charles Edward Tourigny, Jr., 25, died Sunday, February 9th, 2003, at his home in Washoe Valley. He was born March 12, 1977 in Sacramento, California. He lived in Washoe Valley for the past 18 years. He graduated from Galena H.S. in 1995 and he was currently employed by the Truckee Meadows Community College Bookstore as a Receiving Manager.

He is survived by his parents, Charlie and Shirley Tourigny; his sister, Shereane Houston; brother in law, David Houston; nephews, Tristen and Cody Houston and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 15, 2003, 2:00 PM at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 565 W. Zolezzi Lane.
