Was the former chief and member of the Wassaic Fire Company. He was supervisor for Triwall Container in Wassaic and later worked as a supervisor at the Wassaic Developmental Center in Wassaic for 17 years retiring in 1982. He served in the Airforce, stationed in Alaska, during World War 2.
