He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Mrs. Claire Loughner; children Cathleen and husband Ralph Bengivenga and Chris Loughner; brother William Loughner and six grandchildren Loretta, Nicky, Tony, Michael, Vinnie and Thomas.A tribute to the life of Mr. Charles Loughner will be 5:00 PM Friday January 6, 2017 at Gatens-Harding Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor B.J. Roberts officiating. Inurnment will be in Haven of Rest Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Friday.
