Charles Edward Loughner, age 59 of Dandridge, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, July 23, 2006 at his home after a lengthy battle with lung cancer. Chuck retired after 30 years as a tool and die maker from Ultra Punch of Dayton, Ohio and moved to Tennessee in 2000. He was a Harley-Davidson enthusiast and loved to ride. Chuck also served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Era. He was preceded in death by his parents Roy and Mary Loughner of Pigeon Forge, TN.
