Facts and Events
Charles's nickname was Red because of his hair, but he told people he was called Three Day Red. When they asked him why, he told them it was because he only worked three days a week. After that, the Government took the money anyway. During his final years, Charles worked in the Marine Division, Harris County, Texas Sheriff's Department, patrolling the lakes and other coastal areas around Harris County, Texas. The Division were active pallbearers at his funeral. Image Gallery
