Born around 1700 (no parents given), Charles was the blacksmith at Beaubassin. He married Anne CLEMENCEAU; daughter Anne born 1734. On p. 1003 (Beaubassin) he is entered under HE'ON (name also spelled E'ON, D'EON, HYON, YON), born in 1701, son of Robert & Jeanne-Marie PICAT of Dragey, diocese of Avranches, France; a blacksmith. He married 1st around 1726 to Anne CLEMENCEAU; seven children. He married 2nd at Beaubassin on 6 May 1748 to Marie BOURGEOIS (widow of Jean-Jacques NUIRAT). Charles was at Quebec in 1757. |
