Will of Charles Goodall
- Pages 498-99. Will of Charles Goodall of the County of Orange, dated 17 May 1776.
- John Goodall my brother shall have 50 acres of my land at the upper and taking the dwelling house and the money that shall be gathered over paying my debts.
- The rest of my land shall be equilly divided betwixt my three sisters Seuzannah Dear, Margett Goodall, Sarah Goodall.
- Marget Goodall shall have my black horse.
- The part of the land falling to Seuzannah Dear she shall have during her life and at her death it shall fall in the hands of hur sun Charles.
- If John Goodall should decease without an heir the 50 acres shall return to my three sisters equally divided betwixt them.
- James Goodall shall have my coat and jacket and breeches.
- Richard Goodall shall have my carpenter's tools.
- Joseph Davis excecutor.
