There is only one deed in the Worcester records for Charles:
BK AZ, Nov 29, 1833, pg. 454-456 deed from Charles Driskell to Phyllis N. Dryden, wife of Issac Dryden, late Phyllis Nichols, for the sum of $275.00 current money part of a tract of land called “Safeguard” resurveyed by and for a certain Moses Driskell containing 73 acres to which was added off vacant land 56 ½ acres now one entire tract called “Hardship” containing 129 ½ acres as appeared on a patent granted to Moses Driskell on Sept 21, 1812.
Signed: Charles Driskell (seal) wit: Elijah Ennis, Handy (Hayburn?)

Be it remembered that on this 29th day of November eighteen hundred and eighteen appeared before us Charles Driskell and acknowledged before us……..

December the thirteenth day eighteen hundred and thirty three then was delivered unto the subscriber the foregoing deed to be enrolled…… signed: John Handy CLK

[Note: It would seem the acknowledgement date of 1818 was an error. The actual deed is definitely dated 1833. Elijah Ennis was married to Charles sister, Phyllis, in 1829]
