Charles E. Decker
Dover - Charles ((Chad) E Decker, husband of Mrs. L. Arlene Krumline Decker, 63 Walker Ave, Lincoln Estate, Gettysburg, died Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at York Hospital He formerly lived at 4641 Davidsburg Road, Dover.
Mr Decker had been employed as a welder at Certain Teed Products Corp., York, for 44 years, before his retirement eight years ago. He was born in Heidlersburg, son of the late Peter J. and Katie E. Starry Decker.
Surviving also are three sisters, Mrs. Glenn Byers, Gettysburg, R 4; Mrs. Ruth Heiler, 65 Walker Ave., Lincoln Estate, Gettysburg; Mrs Pauline Gladfelter, Pykesville, MD. He was a member of the Lutheran Congregation of Salem Union Church, near Dover.
The Rev. Laverne E. Stough, and Rev. Charles A. Snyder will officiate at funeral services Saturday at 11 a.m. at the LeRoy R. Leber Funeral Home, 2290 School St, Shiloh. Burial will be in Hampton Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home at 10 a.m. until time of service
