Charles Samuel Crumrine died Monday, March 7, 2010 of natural causes.
He was born Feb. 21, 1919 in Galesburg, Kansas to Jesse Crumrine and Rena Springer Crumrine. He had two brothers, George and Ray; and one sister, Eileen Duecy; all of whom preceded him in death.
He married Jean Wolf in 1946 and they later divorced. He is survived by two children, Jeff (Barbara) Crumrine of Kimberly, Idaho and Jackie (Rod) Stotz of Layton, Utah; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a tank operator in the 45th Tank Battalion of the 13th Armored Division, known as the "Black Cats," which saw action throughout the European Theater. Gravesite Details TEC 4 US ARMY WORLD WAR I
