LIKED OUR CEMETERY; SO WAS BURIED HERE
Charles Elbourne, caretaker at Douglas Park Cemetery reports the burial there Wednesday afternoon of C. L. Bleam, 65, Ohio Oil Co. employee who died at his home in Newcastle this week. Elbourne says Mr. and Mrs. Bleam visited the Douglas cemetery about two years ago and were impressed by its beauty and peacefulness. They have never lived in Douglas, but it is the request of both that they be laid to their last rest under the trees and velvet green lawn of Park Cemetery.

Note: The paper is dated 1941. The marker shows death in 1949 which cannot be correct.
Additional info but some different from obituary so I am posting it here and not changing the data:
He was born 23 Sep 1872 in Hancock Co., OH (Ohio, County Births, 1841-2003, familysearch.org). His middle name is Hostler in this document but this is an error, as he gave his middle name as Foster on his WWI Draft Registration Card. He married May Ramsey on 1 Nov 1900 (Ohio, County Marriages, 1789-1994, familysearch.com. As far as I can tell from census records, the couple had no children.
