Biography

Charles was born on 27 May 1907 in Nicholas County Kentucky. He was the son of Joseph Baugus and Nina Wilson. He was raised in Nicholas County, Kentucky with his parents and siblings. [1][2] He married Ester Kees on 9 Feb 1935 in Newport, Campbell County, Kentucky, United States. [3] He passed away on 3 Sep 1973 in Hamilton, Butler County, Ohio, United States. [4][5]
